The past few weeks have been silent from the Trailrunner blog side, so first off: apologies. The reason for this was due to me injuring myself, not too badly – but badly enough to not be able to run for these past two weeks. On one of my more recent adventures I seemed to have sprained my toes (pulled them backwards) and injured the muscles around them. A word of advice: ease into barefoot running, rather than going all in straight away. Good news is, though, that recovery is almost complete, and as a result there will be more posting from this amazing blog once again 🙂
We will also be holding more of our group runs, so keep an eye/ear out and join us 🙂 We’re planning a bunch of amazing ones in the next few weeks, and will be updating the blog with more awesome content soon, until then enjoy this amazing trail weather!
